Dashboard: three new texts tracked (EHDS, Data Act, ISO/IEC 42001)

We are adding three cards to the watch dashboard. EHDS (Regulation (EU) 2025/327): in force since 26 March 2025, general application on 26 March 2027, then in stages in 2029 and 2031. EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854): applicable since 12 September 2025; cloud and SaaS switching charges end on 12 January 2027. ISO/IEC 42001:2023: a certifiable AI management system standard, published on 18 December 2023.

What it means: HealthTech companies, SaaS vendors, cloud providers and organisations that build or use AI can find the key dates and actions on each card.
